Q: How did you hear about Makeover Central?

A: Well, I have this friend from kindergarten. Truth be told, if I had met her when I was any older, I wouldn't have looked in her direction. You see, this friend was extremely ugly. I say was because last year she walked into my office and I hardly recognized her. She looked absolutely fabulous! After she told me about the miracles Makeover Central work, I decided to try it out myself.


Q: How easy or hard did you find it to work with Makeover Central's staff?

A: You know, I really wasn't expecting it to be easy. Most offices I go to just don't have the time to treat me as a customer should be treated. But Makeover Central's staff just make you feel as if you are their central concern, and only customer, which I know for a fact is far from true. Makeover Central's staff always have a lot on their plate, but I was always attended to with courtesy.


Q: Are you satisfied with your makeover?

A: Absolutely. It definitely made it much easier for me that the staff was knowledgeable and ready to answer any question. I expected it to be a much bigger ordeal than it ended up being, because of everyone's encouragement and help. My makeover was fairly quick and painless, and the results are absolutely out of this world. Thank you, Makeover Central!
