Everyone has somewhere to start,your first step is to train. This site gives you
healthy eating tips for when you run. It also gives you a training routine for befor and after you run.(stretching, jogging, windsprints)
Tips:
For eating healthy you never ever should skip breakfast
always balance out your diet and never have to much of any food group
Have lots of snacks before you run you want enough energy
Most important always replenish yourself with a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated.
