Please print, fill out application and submit the following items to the Registrar:
-completed parent form, -completed student application -non-refundable $100 application fee, -report for the past year, -photocopy of birth certificate. We will be in touch within 5 business days of recieving application. *Please note that this is only a partial application to give us a little information on the background of your child.
