The first way to start to get fit is to get yourself motivated. Choose something to get you going. If possible, get some friends/ family member to join you. By joining "Fitness for Women" you get to enjoy being able to work out with no problem of wearing skirts and long sleeve shirts. Fitness for Women gives you the opportunity to participate in all our free classes. We offer: spinning, an indoor cycling workout. Spinning is great for weight loss and staying in shape.
