Q: Where can you get inspiration and/or ideas?
A: There are thousands of places to receive inspiration, such as, pictures ( Deviantart is a great place to look), dreams is a big one as well as movies, books, friends, family and other aspects of life! There is inspiration all around, you only have to pay attention!

Q:How do you get over writers block?
A:There are many ways to rid yourself of writers block including:

1: Writing a Fanfiction- This "exercise" gets your creative juices going and give you a short break from your own work. (this tip is taken from amazing Fantasy author Tamora Pierce) you can find examples of Fanfictions at Fanfiction.com

2:Look up pictures (on google or Deviantart) related to you genre or time period, this may trigger ideas, characters, scenes etc.

3: Introduce a new character to your novel! It might help you move your story along, and it's fun to write how your other characters react to the new one. Who knows? they might even become a central character!

4: go to sleep *shrug* you might just be tired and may even come up with ideas as you sleep!

6: Stop Writing! I know this may seem very unhelpful but your mind might just need some rest. Sit back, read a book, relax and get back to it tomorrow!
